Services

Every service we offer connects to one outcome: a physical object that works. CAD modelling, prototyping, and precision fabrication — under one roof.

01 · CAD & 3D Modelling

Precision geometry before anything is made.

Every physical object begins as a 3D model. We use Fusion 360 to build production-ready CAD files — every surface, tolerance, and assembly relationship defined. Whether you have a napkin sketch or a half-finished concept, we turn it into manufacturable geometry.

What's included

  • Parametric 3D modelling in Fusion 360
  • Technical drawings and dimensioned prints
  • Assembly and multi-body models
  • STL / STEP / DXF export for any downstream process
  • Design-for-manufacture consultation
  • Revision rounds until the geometry is right

02 · Prototyping & Product Development

A prototype answers a question.

Does it fit? Does it work? Does it feel right in the hand? Prototyping isn't one technology — it's choosing the fastest route to an answer. Sometimes that's a print, sometimes a laser-cut rig, a machined part, a silicone cast, or a hand-built mockup. We run the whole iteration loop in-house, so each round takes days, not weeks.

What's included

  • Looks-like and works-like prototypes
  • Printed, laser-cut, machined, or hand-built — whatever answers the question fastest
  • Mold making and casting — printed molds, silicone, and gel
  • Iterative fit and function testing between rounds
  • Design refinement fed straight back into the CAD
  • Small-batch runs once the design is proven

03 · 3D Printing

Functional parts and prototypes — fast.

From functional prototypes to end-use parts and printed tooling, we print FDM in engineering plastics matched to your application — stiffness, temperature, impact, or flexibility. Everything runs in-house, so iterations move in days, not weeks.

What's included

  • FDM printing — PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU
  • Material guidance — strength, temperature, and outdoor use
  • Print file preparation and orientation optimisation
  • Post-processing: support removal, sanding, priming
  • Multi-part assemblies and fit checks
  • Printed jigs, fixtures, and mold tooling

04 · CNC Machining & Laser Cutting

Precision cuts in wood, acrylic, and plastics.

When 3D printing isn't the right tool, CNC machining and laser cutting deliver tighter tolerances, larger formats, and cleaner surfaces. Ideal for flat-cut components, enclosures, display pieces, and parts where finish matters.

What's included

  • 2D laser cutting — acrylic, plywood, MDF, cardboard
  • CNC routing — wood, plastics, and foam, up to furniture scale
  • DXF file preparation from your sketch or CAD
  • Press-fit and slot-together part design for clean assembly
  • Jigs, fixtures, and templates for repeat work
  • Batch runs for repeat components

05 · Models, Awards & Display

Showpieces, built to be seen.

Architectural scale models, custom trophies, and display objects — presentation-grade work where finish quality is the whole point. Laser-cut acrylic, printed detail parts, and hand-finished surfaces, built to your scale and deadline. Full specs & lead times →

What's included

  • Massing & concept models for early presentations
  • Fully detailed presentation models with landscape and context
  • Custom awards & trophies — minimum order: one piece
  • Display objects, props, and exhibition pieces
  • Hand finishing: sanded, primed, painted, clear-coated

How every project runs

01

Brief

You tell us what you need. We ask the right questions — dimensions, material, deadline, budget.

02

Quote

Flat-fee quote within 24 hours. No surprises. NDA available before you share anything sensitive.

03

Model

We build the CAD, share it with you for approval before a single gram of material is used.

04

Make

Fabrication starts only after sign-off. Regular updates if anything needs adjusting mid-run.

05

Deliver

Packaged carefully and shipped wherever you are — or collected from the workshop. Files yours to keep.
