Precision geometry before anything is made.

Every physical object starts as a 3D model. We build production-ready CAD in Fusion 360 from a sketch, a photo, a reference object or a file someone else started, with every surface, tolerance and fit defined. The result can go straight to a printer, a CNC machine or a manufacturer.

02 · Prototyping

A prototype answers a question.

A prototype sits between the 3D model and production. It is where you find out whether a part fits, works and feels right, before money goes into tooling or a production run. Prototyping is not one technology: a part might be 3D printed, laser cut, machined, cast in silicone or built by hand, whichever answers the question fastest.

04 · 3D Printing

Functional parts, printed in-house.

We print FDM in engineering plastics chosen for the job: stiffness, heat resistance, impact or flexibility. Send a file and get parts back, or have us model and print them. Parts can be left as printed, or sanded, filled and painted until nobody can tell they were printed.

3D printing is also how props and set pieces for film, TV and commercials get made, along with sculptures and pieces for photo shoots and events, detail parts for architectural models, and custom or replacement parts for cars and home appliances.

05 · Model Building

Architectural and display models, built to be seen.

Architectural scale models for competitions, presentations and exhibitions, and display models of products and structures that are too large, or too early, to bring into the room. Each model is planned in CAD first, then built from whatever suits each part: CNC machined, laser cut, 3D printed and finished by hand.

Awards people want to keep.

Custom awards and trophies for companies, events, competitions and recognition programmes. Each award is designed around your brand, theme or story, then made as a one-off or as a series of fifty or more, personalised for every recipient. Most stand around 20 cm tall and combine 3D printed, laser cut and solid wood parts.
