3D / CAD Modeling

Custom Compression Machine Design

This project involved designing a specialized compression machine tailored to fit a specific compressor and mold. The machine was developed to compact materials into precise shapes and dimensions according to the mold's specifications.

The design process utilized 3D modeling software to ensure accurate integration of all components, including the compressor, guide rails, and mold housing. Key features included a robust frame for withstanding high-pressure operations, a sliding mechanism for precise mold alignment, and ergonomic elements such as a handle for easy operation. The assembly also incorporated a transparent cover for safety and visibility during operation.

The final design delivered a custom solution for efficient material compression, combining functionality and precision. The machine was ready for fabrication, with all parts optimized for manufacturability and durability.

Custom Christmas Decorations and Plates

This project involved designing personalized Christmas-themed decorations and plates for festive occasions. The aim was to create unique pieces that could be customized and used as seasonal gifts or decor elements.

The designs were modeled using 3D CAD software, focusing on clean geometry and fine details. The crown ornament combines elegant curves with cutout patterns, while the plates feature a Christmas tree and can be stacked. The models were optimized for both 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC manufacturing processes, ensuring versatility in production.

The result was a set of customizable decorations that balance aesthetic appeal with functional design. These pieces provide a unique touch to holiday decor and can be easily adapted to individual preferences.

DIY CNC Desk Design

This project focused on optimizing a desk design for CNC manufacturing, converting a 3D model into a set of precise, manufacturable parts. The goal was to create a functional and visually appealing desk that could be easily fabricated and assembled.

The original design was refined to ensure all components could be cut efficiently from flat materials using CNC machines. Parts were strategically laid out in nested sheets to minimize material waste and simplify production. Custom features, such as curved edges and interlocking joints, were incorporated into the design for structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

The result was a desk design ready for production. The organized CNC files streamlined the manufacturing process, enabling easy communication with CNC vendors while ensuring accurate and repeatable results.
